About Us

is a close-in, residential retreat of beautifully crafted, well-appointed homes carefully designed and developed by Micky Hoffman in response to the emerging needs of today's homeowners.

A Portland native, Micky has 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. His progressive approach to home building answers the call of the public by balancing setting with uncompromising beauty and sensibility. The designs are fresh and unique so whether your focus is low maintenance, reduced energy consumption, building green or building community there is something here that will appeal to everybody.

The Community

Within , you will find a mix of 18 detached homes. Single-levels with loft possibility, main-level living(master & office on main) will be daylight ranch style and now 7 cottage bungalows (1250ft - 1850ft) which will accommodate someone interested in a much smaller size. Our concept is to offer maximum flexibility in design participation and priced accordingly. Each of our homes are designed to have the best in "low-maintenance outdoor living space" with additional community shared areas. Our community features include: Water Feature in the Park Gardens, picnic area, protected greenbelt (mature trees) all connected by hard and soft walking paths.


is just 6 minutes from downtown Portland and provides a community living environment, including:
  • Unique street design
  • Pedestrian paths for that neighborhood stroll
  • Common gathering areas
  • Quiet street free of through traffic
  • Common area and street maintenance (HOA $40-50 per month est.)
