Full Description: This is the largest of our designs based on the townhome concept; it has some strikingly unique features. These include a two story, barrel vaulted ceiling and fenestration that has been designed to optimize the natural light. The main floor has a 700 foot open room. And the second floor includes a 400 foot, loft office and bonus space which is open to the floor below. The bonus space has a south-facing deck and the third bedroom has another deck that faces a wooded area. The main-floor master suite has its own office with a good view and access to the deck that overlooks the wooded area, a lovely, sylvan setting. The preparation for both the alarm and AC systems are included. The interior is richly appointed with custom floors and finishes.
